A limited number of rooms are available for a discounted room rate starting at $219 per night, subject to applicable state and local taxes. The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before Tuesday, May 24, 2022, or until the room block sells out.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area will not hold reservations unless secured by one of these methods. The hotel will not refund the deposit fee for participants who need to cancel due to emergencies that may arise on the day of arrival. Attendees will pay their own room, tax, and incidentals incurred by them at the hotel. At the time of check-in, guests with payment methods of credit card will have credit authorized for estimated charges. Guest with payment method of cash or check will be required to pay for their estimated charges.
