Physicians
Course registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, meals, and breaks as listed on the agenda, bioskills labs, and continuing medical education (CME) credits. Please note that all other costs associated with attendee participation (travel, accommodations, and expenses) are at the cost of the attendee.
Allied Health
Allied Health registrants may not participate in the bioskills lab sessions.
Fellows
Bioskills Lab
Fellows who would like to participate in the bioskills lab sessions will need to send an email by clicking here. An application will need to be completed and a bioskills lab fee of $250 will be assessed. Cancellation refunds requested after Monday, May 16, 2022, will incur a $50 administrative fee.
Residents
Residents attending the 2022 9th Annual Revision Hip & Knee Course course may NOT participate in the bioskills lab sessions.

In-Person Registrations: For a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, cancel your registration by close of business on Monday, May 16, 2022, by clicking the link below or in your confirmation email, or by sending an email by clicking here. Cancellations received after Monday, May 16, 2022, will not receive a refund. No‐shows will not receive a refund. You may also transfer your in-person registration to virtual registration by clicking the links or by sending an email by clicking here by Monday, May 16, 2022.

ICJR reserves the right to cancel this program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of registration fees will be given to participants. ICJR will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in the unlikely event that the Program is canceled.
